Job summary

CVS Health is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to handle inbound calls from providers, pharmacies and members, guiding callers through prior authorization processes. Certified Pharmacy Technicians (CPhT) are preferred and compensated based on experience.

We offer a 40-hour weekly schedule with a 12-week training, remote work readiness and opportunities to advance, including certification through an apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• One year of Customer Service experience handling high volume calls.
• Proficient PC skills and Google Suite basics.
• Able to multitask and navigate multiple systems.
• Deliver confident, professional service to providers and partners.
• Remote work readiness and private home office setup.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and faxes/ePA requests with professional service.
• Adhere to departmental and federal requirements for accuracy of information provided.
• Communicate with internal groups about determinations and results.
• Elevate clinical inquiries to the pharmacist team when needed.
