Job summary

ibex Limited seeks a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative to assist customers, pharmacies, and providers with prescriptions, benefits, home delivery, billing, and coverage. You will handle high-volume calls, use problem-solving to deliver excellent service, and strive for first-contact resolution.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with HS diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work full-time including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer service calls for customers, pharmacies, and providers.
• Help resolve questions related to prescription benefits, home delivery, billing, and coverage.
• Research and resolve issues using multiple computer systems.
• Document customer interactions accurately and follow up as needed.
• Deliver a positive experience and strive for first-call resolution.
