Job summary

ibex is hiring Customer Service Representatives to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with products and services across multiple lines of business. You will provide professional support through phone, email, web portal, and chat, with paid training to set you up for success.

Work from home with a private workspace, high-speed internet, active wireless service, and camera-on during hours. Prior healthcare experience and knowledge in Medicare/Medicaid are preferred to better assist

Qualifications

• Must have private, distraction free workspace (not a shared/common area of the home)
• Hard wired ethernet internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps Download / 10 Mbps Upload. (5G, hotspots, and satellite internet not supported)
• Active wireless phone service
• Must remain on camera during working hours

Responsibilities

• Resolving coordination of benefits inquiries by analyzing patient activity and enrollment.
• Interpreting and communicating accurate insurance information across lines of business.
• Documenting all customer interactions thoroughly.
• Educating customers and dental professionals on eligibility, benefits, and authorizations.
• Guiding customers to self-service tools and resources.
• Helping members access care by finding a network dentist or assigning a PCP.
