Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking Pharmacy Technicians for our Patient Care Center of Excellence. This remote role involves phone-based interactions with patients, doctors, and facilities, handling prescription data, authorizations, and onboarding new patients to ensure quality care from our national pharmacy services.

The position requires a high school diploma, PTCB/NHA certification, and valid state registration, with strong confidentiality and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• PTCB or NHA certification with current certificate.
• Active pharmacy technician registration with the State Board.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment.
• Enter high volumes of data and process prescription information accurately.
• Receive prescription authorizations, clarifications or transfers using pharmacy software.
• Perform claim adjudication, prior authorizations, billing and eligibility checks with outbound calls.
• On-board new patients and maintain confidential, accurate patient records.
• Assist clinicians and pharmacists to support nationwide patient care.
