Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint
• Must have a dedicated, work-from-home space, free of distractions
• Ability to maintain a consistent, reliable, and stable internet connection
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work in a structured, fast paced call center environment
• Ability to work well with othersInternal colleagues must be in good standing to be considered

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outbound calls, process and track member orders
• Handle enrollments and reimbursements, and document member files
• Data entry, backorders and off-phone activities as needed
• Ensure superior service for customers, members, and Health Plan partners
• Call center agents will help furnish and support a culture of inclusion and diversity and meet program metrics
