• 1+ years of computer keyboarding experience, skills and aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound or outbound phone calls to patients regarding complex Specialty medication orders and benefits verification.
• Coordinate and process requests for new and refill order shipments; verify insurance coverage.
• Explain CVS/Specialty services to new customers and transfer/escalate clinical questions to the staff pharmacist.
