Evergreen Nephrology, LLC. in the United States is seeking a Telephonic Pharmacy Care Coordinator for a 6-month remote contract.

The role requires working CST hours and outreach to patients with chronic kidney disease to explain the pharmacy program and enroll them. You will conduct high-volume outbound calls to introduce the program, document outreach in the EHR, and meet enrollment targets while upholding HIPAA.

Formación

• Must hold CMA/RMA Medical Assistant certification.
• Experience in a call center environment is required.
• Proficient with EHR systems and MS Office.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and ability to work remotely.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to introduce the pharmacy program and obtain consent.
• Update EHR with pharmacy preferences and document all outreach activities.
• Meet call center productivity and enrollment targets while upholding HIPAA.
