The position is a contract opportunity with a hybrid work model: onsite orientation in Honolulu, followed by remote training and assignments. Training schedules run Monday–Friday, with multiple shift options after onboarding.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, hospitality, customer service, or military environment.
• Strong computer proficiency navigating Windows-based environments, multi-screen setups, and dual software applications.
• Reliable hardwired high-speed internet (Minimum 25 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload). Speed test screenshot required with application submission.

Responsibilities

• Inbound Member Support: Answer calls from healthcare plan members to assist with prescription insurance coverage, medication benefits, and mail-order prescriptions.
• Customer-Centric Problem Solving: Guide callers through complex pharmacy benefits with empathy and clear communication.
• Multi-Tasking & Computer Navigation: Navigate multiple screens and programs while speaking and entering records.
• Communication & Empathy: Match caller tone with a calm, empathetic, compliant approach.
