A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a Pharmacy Technician (Data Entry + Fulfillment Support) for our Lewisville, TX on-site team. This role focuses on accurate prescription data entry, refill initiation, call support, and fulfillment operations, with a fast-moving environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, with Texas State Board registration, IV prep experience, and strong communication. You will work in a small-team setting, handle multiple tasks, and comply with pharmacy procedures

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Current registration with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.
• Prior IV preparation experience.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to prioritize under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and reliable attendance.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced pharmacy setting and frequent task switching.

Responsibilities

• Prescription data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and speed.
• Start refill requests and support inbound/outbound phone calls.
• Resolve order issues using critical thinking and clear communication.
• Support fulfillment: scan, label, and pack orders with attention to detail.
• Maintain safety, integrity, and professionalism while following pharmacy procedures.
• Work effectively in a small-team environment where cooperation is required.
• Manage constant workflow interruptions while staying organized and productive.
• Meet physical demands including lifting/carrying up to 25 lbs as needed.
