The position is remote with standard first-shift business hours, requiring on-call responsibilities as scheduled. Licensure in the applicable states is required, with a path to EPIC certification and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Licensed in the state(s) of practice or eligible for reciprocity.
• Must obtain/maintain EPIC certification per department requirements within specified timeframe.
• Requires 3 years of pharmacist experience or completion of PGY1 and PGY2 residencies in pharmacy informatics.

Responsibilities

• Leverage pharmacist clinical and informatics skills to support the medication EHR and serve as a liaison for clinical informatics.
• Develop informatics plans, perform data analysis, and create systems that advance evidence-based practice and patient safety.
• Design and implement new EHR builds to support clinical practice and improve care quality.
• Consult with providers and leaders to align information systems with clinical workflows.
