Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a pharmacist informatics professional to join the Enterprise Corporate - Pharmacy Applications team. You will leverage clinical and informatics skills to optimize the medication EHR and support medication workflows.

Remote position with standard first-shift hours. Requires EPIC Willow certification and 3+ years of pharmacy experience; state licensure and residency pathways considered. Eligible to work in the listed remote states; H1B sponsorship not offered.

Qualifications

3 years of pharmacist experience or completion of PGY1/PGY2 in pharmacy informatics.
Licensed in state(s) of practice or eligible for reciprocity.
EPIC Willow certification within 6 months.
Experience with medication records, formularies, shortages, dispensing prep, labeling, interfaces.
Ability to translate clinical decisions into system build requirements.

Responsibilities

Leverages pharmacist informatics and clinical skills to support the medication EHR.
Develops informatics plans, data analysis, and workflows to improve safety.
Designs and implements EHR builds to support practice and patient care.
Collaborates with providers and leadership to evaluate information systems.
Supports informatics solutions for clinical and operational improvements.
Creates data analytics to facilitate data review and performance.
Develops automated clinical rules to support patient care.
Ensures compliance with local/state/federal regulations.
