Job summary
Advocate Health is seeking a pharmacist informaticist to support medication EHR workflows and implement build requirements across Epic Willow and related systems.

Qualifications
- Licensure in the state(s) of practice or eligible for reciprocity required.
- 3 years of pharmacist experience or completion of PGY1/PGY2 residencies in pharmacy informatics.
- Epic Willow certification preferred.
- Board certification in area of practice recommended.
Responsibilities
- Leverages pharmacist clinical and informatics skills to support the medication EHR.
- Liaises regarding clinical informatics between clinicians and technical teams.
- Develops informatics plans, data analysis, and systems to improve safety and workflows.
- Designs and implements new EHR build to support practice and quality.
- Consults with providers and leadership to evaluate information systems.
- Links medication workflows with technology and communicates complex issues.
- Supports informatics solutions for clinical and operational improvements.
- Creates data analytics to review performance.
- Develops automated clinical rules to support patient care.
