Viatris Specialty LLC is seeking an experienced sales professional to develop and manage a territory across the United States. You will plan strategically, present to healthcare providers, and drive quarterly goals while adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with physicians, payors, and pharmacy partners, along with ongoing product knowledge training and field productivity improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 1+ years pharma/healthcare product sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated business acumen.
• Proven influence and negotiation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel across the territory and drive a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develop a business plan for the assigned territory aligned with Viatris sales goals.
• Conduct quality sales presentations to targeted customers.
• Achieve quarterly sales goals within the territory while complying with ethics and regulations.
• Understand and apply targeting principles for territory development.
• Create pre-call planning strategies for key targets and accounts.
• Build positive relationships with peers, customers, and managers to drive results.
• Ensure high levels of call and field productivity.
• Gather market information to tailor strategies for prescribers and physician outreach.
• Leverage samples and literature to raise physician awareness of Viatris products.
• Respond promptly to customer requests with accurate information.
• Pursue continuous learning in sales techniques, communication, and product knowledge.
