Paragon Pharma is seeking an entry level and/or specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Rep to educate, promote and sell products to physicians and healthcare providers. You will manage a territory, identify key decision makers, and balance time between customer visits to achieve sales goals.

The role emphasizes building relationships, staying updated on product knowledge, and collaborating with management to meet objectives. Remote work options are available and relevant certifications are valued.

Qualifications

• Some sales experience and/or abilities.
• Must be able to work remotely and the ability to use ZOOM software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to target health professionals to maximize sales growth and increase product volume.
• Completion of industry-specific certification/credentials such as the PSC, CNPR, or CMR.

Responsibilities

• Customer focus: identify key decision makers and manage territory accounts.
• Inform physicians about pharmaceutical and medical products.
• Develop territory plan with goals and resource allocation.
• Gain formulary acceptance with managed care accounts.
• Collaborate with customers as a business partner to build account plans.
• Utilize consultative skills to assist customers with their business.
• Market/sell vertical products.
