Job summary

Paragon Pharma is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep (Entry Level and/or Specialty) to educate, promote, and sell pharmaceutical products to physicians and healthcare providers. You will manage a territory, build relationships with key decision makers, and collaborate with management to meet sales goals.

Must be able to work remotely, demonstrate strong communication skills, and pursue certifications such as PSC, CNPR, or CMR.

Qualifications

• Some sales experience and/or abilities.
• Must be able to work remotely and the ability to use Zoom software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to target health professionals to maximize sales growth and increase product volume.
• Possess effective selling skills and product knowledge to influence targeted health care professionals to prescribe promoted products.
• Completion of industry specific certification/credentials such as the PSC, CNPR, or CMR.
• Demonstrate high ethical and professional standards at all times.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory accounts and identifies the key decision makers.
• Inform highly influential physicians about the details of pharmaceutical and medical products.
• Balance time needed in front of customers to achieve expected results.
• Plan territory including goals and resource allocation (coverage, sampling, grant/education proposals, etc.).
• Gain formulary acceptance/compliance with managed care accounts.
• Team with customers as a business partner.
• Utilize consultative skills in assisting customer with their business.
• Market/sellVertical Products.
• Analyze territory information to optimize routing and achieve sales results.
