Job summary

Paragon Pharma is seeking an entry level or specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Rep to educate, promote and sell our healthcare products to physicians and other providers. You will manage a territory, build relationships with key decision makers, and collaborate with management to meet sales goals.

The role emphasizes staying current on product knowledge, planning territory activities, and leveraging data to drive growth in a healthcare marketplace.

Qualifications

• Some sales experience and/or abilities.
• Must be able to work remotely and the ability to use ZOOM software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to target health professionals to maximize sales growth and increase product volume.
• Possess effective selling skills and product knowledge to influence targeted health care professionals to prescribe promoted products.
• Analyze territory information to optimize routing and achieve sales results.
• Completion of industry specific certification/credentials such as the PSC, CNPR, or CMR.
• Leverage data and customer knowledge to build discussions around HCP's and patients’ needs.
• Actively pursue continuous learning and professional development on efficient sales, communication and product knowledge training.
• Perform company business in accordance with all regulations and policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate high ethical and professional standards at all times.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory accounts and identifies the key decision makers.
• Inform highly influential physicians about the details of pharmaceutical and medical products.
• Balance time needed in front of customers to achieve expected results.
• Keep your skills and product knowledge updated.
• Plan and know how to compete and win in a healthcare marketplace.
• Customer focus/Building Positive Relationships-Penetration of large accounts and identifying key decision makers.
• Creative thought process in developing a customer base.
• Create territory plan including goals and resource allocation (coverage, sampling, grant/education proposals, etc.).
• Gain formulary acceptance/compliance with managed care accounts.
• Teaming with customers as a business partner-proactive in seeking out potential customers, maintain knowledge of long-term trends and patterns to create account business plans
• Utilize consultative skills in assisting customer with their business
