Job summary

Paragon Pharma in the United States is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep to educate, promote and sell pharmaceutical products to physicians and healthcare providers. You will manage a territory to maintain physician groups and clinics.

You will collaborate with management to achieve sales goals, stay current on product knowledge, and plan visits to optimize territory coverage. This entry-level and/or specialty role offers growth and a patient-focused mission.

Qualifications

• Some sales experience and/or abilities.
• Must be able to work remotely and the ability to use Zoom software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to target health professionals to maximize sales growth and increase product volume.
• Possess effective selling skills and product knowledge to influence targeted health care professionals to prescribe promoted products.
• Analyze territory information to optimize routing and achieve sales results.
• Utilize sales tools, resources and supporting analysis to plan activity.
• Completion of industry specific certification/credentials such as the PSC, CNPR, or CMR.
• Leverage data and customer knowledge to build discussions around HCP's and patients’ needs.
• Actively pursue continuous learning and professional development on efficient sales, communication and product knowledge training.

Responsibilities

• Educates, promotes and sells pharmaceutical/healthcare products to Physicians and other specialized medical or healthcare providers.
• Manage territory accounts and identify key decision makers.
• Inform highly influential physicians about the details of pharmaceutical and medical products.
• Balance time needed in front of customers to achieve expected results.
• Keep skills and product knowledge updated.
• Plan and know how to compete and win in a healthcare marketplace.
