Job summary

Paragon Pharma is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep (Entry Level and/or Specialty) to educate, promote and sell pharmaceutical products to physicians and healthcare providers. You will manage a territory, maintain physician groups and offices, and collaborate with management to achieve sales goals.

The role emphasizes patient-focused health outcomes, ongoing product knowledge, and compliant, ethical sales practices.

Qualifications

• Some sales experience and/or abilities.
• Must be able to work remotely and the ability to use ZOOM software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to target health professionals to maximize sales growth and increase product volume.
• Completion of industry specific certification/credentials such as the PSC, CNPR, or CMR.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory accounts and identify key decision makers.
• Inform influential physicians about pharmaceutical and medical products.
• Balance time in front of customers to achieve results.
• Keep product knowledge updated.
• Plan and know how to compete and win in a healthcare marketplace.
• Create territory plan including goals and resource allocation.
• Gain formulary acceptance/compliance with managed care accounts.
