Job summary

Cielo in Norwood, MA is seeking a Senior Recruiter to provide end-to-end talent acquisition leadership. You will act as a brand ambassador, drive efficient sourcing strategies, and guide hiring teams with market data and compensation guidance.

You’ll mentor peers, own key searches, and maintain strong candidate engagement while delivering exceptional client service across recruitment cycles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, HR or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Significant recruiting experience in corporate, RPO or agency settings.
• Familiarity with ATS Workday and social media recruiting tools.
• Knowledge of common HR principles and talent acquisition metrics.
• Pharmaceutical R&D experience required; self-starters and curious; OFCCP knowledge; sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications with market data.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against requirements and deliver strong candidate slates while building pipelines.
• Keep candidates engaged with timely updates throughout the process.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details using market data and compensation guidelines.
• Mentor Recruiters and other team members.
