Everest Clinical Research is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in Bridgewater, NJ to lead end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles within a fast-growing CRO. You will build strong partnerships with hiring managers, develop proactive talent pipelines, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in talent acquisition, experience in pharmaceutical or clinical research settings, and a proven ability to manage high-volume processes while staying compliant

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, clinical research or related industries.
• Ability to manage high volume and deadline-driven workloads.
• Demonstrated communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer.
• Maintain compliant hiring processes across jurisdictions.
• Develop passive candidate pipelines and sourcing strategies.
