Alcami Corporation is seeking an entry-level Business Development Associate to identify new leads and drive growth across our pharma services portfolio, including Lab Services and Biologics drug product offerings. You will develop prospects through cold calling and email campaigns and collaborate with Marketing, BD, and Operations to move leads through the funnel.

The role is 100% remote with preference for candidates in Greater Boston or Greater Raleigh, offering a clear career path and upward

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Life Sciences required.
• Minimum 2-3 years of related experience in Inside Sales or customer-facing roles.
• Pharmaceutical/CDMO experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound leads from marketing channels.
• Research leads using LinkedIn, Global Data, and SFDC to learn about budget, authority, needs, and timing.
• Reach out to leads via email, phone, and LinkedIn with a proactive call strategy.
• Qualify leads and log progress in SFDC; track email opens and clicks.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop on-brand messaging for Alcami.
• Work with BD to ensure leads become high-quality opportunities.
• Support outbound campaigns and regional targeting in the US.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and generate timely activity reports.
• Assist with tradeshow events and other Marketing efforts.
