Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, finance, or economics.
• Advanced degree preferred (MS, MBA).
• 3–5 years in life sciences-focused consulting, investment banking, VC, equity research, and/or biotech/therapeutics ops.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Aufgaben

• Own and manage corporate budget and cash runway projections.
• Build forecasting scenarios to inform fundraising and BD/OP priorities.
• Support fundraising operations and investor communications.
• Lead competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
• Support investor relations and board presentations.
• Support IP strategy and contract negotiations with counsel.
• Assist cross-functional operations including website, HR, and events.
