Alcami Corporation is seeking a Business Development Manager for Pharma Storage to drive growth in the Mid-Atlantic region. This remote role requires engaging new clients and managing end-to-end relationships, from prospecting to signing new business, while expanding services across Alcami’s offerings.

The role emphasizes strong communication, knowledge of GMP storage, and the ability to meet customer timelines and expectations. Occasional travel may be required to support client engagements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or equivalent sales experience in GMP storage.
• Previous sales experience preferred with strong customer service skills.
• CMO or CDMO experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1–2 years in a Life Sciences customer-facing role.

Responsabilidades

• Drives business growth by prospecting new clients for pharma storage in the Mid-Atlantic region.
• Acts as single point of contact for the customer relationship from initial contact to new business signings.
• Supports upselling and cross-selling opportunities to existing pharma storage clients and other Alcami lines.
• Manages relationships of active pharma storage clients.
• Facilitates successful execution of services from proposal to project execution.
• Meets or exceeds sales targets through new accounts and upselling.
• Collaborates with sales team to identify clients with needs aligned to Alcami offerings.
• Builds understanding of client pipeline and opportunities for new service lines.
• Participates in client visits and business reviews as needed.
• Maintains accurate data in Salesforce and generates activity reports.
• Up to 15% travel.
