Qualifications

• Experience with Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and/or Waystar.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process payments, adjustments, claims, refunds, denials, and posting accurately and timely.
• Research payor remits and contracts to maximize reimbursement.
• Coordinate with hospital departments and provider offices to resolve issues.
• Answer calls and provide excellent customer service to patients and internal customers.
