Doubtless Insurance Services Ltd. is seeking an Insurance Agent to join our remote contact centre team. You’ll handle inbound customer inquiries, explain coverage, and identify opportunities to recommend coverage that meets client needs.

This role offers training, Ontario licensing support, and the chance to build a career in insurance while working from home. You’ll report to the Supervisor, Customer Service, and contribute to high-quality service and sales outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least two years of customer service, contact centre, sales, or related experience.
• Willingness to learn insurance products, licensing requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while contributing to a team.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound calls and inquiries about pet insurance products, coverage, policy details, billing, and account information.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service while identifying opportunities to recommend appropriate insurance products and support sales growth.
• Explain insurance products, policy terms, and processes clearly to help customers make informed decisions.
• Research and resolve customer concerns, account discrepancies, and service issues accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer records and comply with insurance regulations and internal procedures.
