Job summary

Doubtless | PTZ Insurance Services Ltd. is seeking an Insurance Agent for our remote contact centre in Ontario. You will handle inbound inquiries, explain coverage details, and identify opportunities to recommend coverage that meets customer needs.

We provide training, licensing support for the Ontario OTL licence, and ongoing coaching to build skills for a career in the insurance industry. Base pay is competitive with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service, contact centre, or sales experience.
• Strong communication and active listening; ability to explain information clearly.
• Customer-focused mindset with willingness to learn insurance products and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and contacts about pet insurance products, coverage, policy details, billing, and account information.
• Identify opportunities to recommend appropriate insurance products and support sales growth.
• Explain insurance products, policy terms, and processes clearly to help customers decide.
