Independence Pet Group seeks a Licensed Insurance Agent-Sales to educate customers on pet insurance options, identify needs, and guide families to suitable coverage. This remote North America role reports to the Sales Supervisor and emphasizes consultative selling, compliance, and meeting sales targets.

You will work with inbound leads and follow-up on opportunities, maintaining accurate records and participating in ongoing training to stay current with regulations and products.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales, call center, or relevant experience preferred.
• Must have and maintain a Property & Casualty License.

Responsabilités

• Educate customers on pet insurance products and recommend coverage options.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Engage with prospective customers to understand needs and provide accurate information.
• Participate in ongoing training and development activities.
