Qualifications

• Proven ability to draft clear written and verbal responses for customers and teams.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
• Experience in fast-paced support environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, emails, and chats across multiple channels with empathy and professionalism.
• De-escalate issues and own cases to achieve first-contact resolution.
• Identify issues and route to appropriate internal teams for resolution.
• Meet and aim to exceed KPIs while documenting all activities.
• Attend training and contribute to process improvements.
