Amentum is seeking a Personnel Security Specialist to support the PERSEC Team in processing government security clearances. The role involves initiating background investigations, performing clearance checks, reviewing SF86s, generating visit authorizations, and coordinating with Facilities and Security Officers.

This position requires independent work within a skilled team. Ideal candidates will have an active U.S.

Qualifikationen

• Active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain)
• Experience processing SF86s (via e-APP and fillable versions)
• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook and Adobe Pro

Aufgaben

• Initiate security background investigations and processing for various clearance types/levels (T3/T5) using DISS/NBIS
• Process actions for positions requiring NAC/BI/MBI and HSPD-12
• Coordinate with FSO/CSO and other security reps; support OPM investigations
