Qualifications

• Active P&C license required to operate in CA and nationwide licensing ability.
• 2+ years of personal lines experience in the CA market is strongly preferred.
• Ability to obtain licensing in 50 states.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Deliver client service with professional communication and aim for first-call resolution.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes accurately.
• Efficiently manage emails, faxes, and return mail with timely client record updates.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers to fulfill underwriting requirements.
• Prepare and deliver proof of insurance documents promptly.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to service books of business and support growth.
• Assist with client claims processes as needed.
• Maintain compliance and ongoing licensure.
