Job summary

Insurance Office of America, Inc. is seeking a Private Client Group (Personal Lines) Account Associate. The role supports the account management team with policy servicing, client communications, and carrier coordination.

A California personal lines background and active P&C license are strongly preferred. Responsibilities include processing endorsements and changes, managing correspondence, and delivering accurate proofs of insurance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Active P&C license.
• Ability to obtain licensing in 50 states.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent client service and maintain professional communication.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes accurately.
• Efficiently manage email, fax, and return mail communications and update client records.
• Coordinate with carriers to fulfill underwriting requirements and provide documentation.
• Prepare and deliver Proofs of Insurance promptly.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to service books of business.
