Brown & Brown, Inc. is seeking a Geography Sales Leader for Personal Lines to drive growth across a dedicated geography. The role supports leadership in Denver, Colorado, or remote locations in California and Seattle, Washington, with a focus on revenue expansion and talent development.

You will establish plans, lead sales teams, recruit top talent, and maintain carrier partnerships to optimize offerings. A strong insurance background and a college degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of combined progressive sales and leadership experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of insurance coverage lines.
• College degree in Risk Management, Insurance or Business Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish a plan for sustainable organic growth with focus on revenue and retention.
• Lead, coach, and motivate sales teams to achieve targets.
• Partner with leadership to recruit top talent and build candidate pipelines.
• Analyze performance and prepare periodic reports vs. goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with carrier partners to optimize products and services.
