Job summary

Gallagher is hiring a Client Service Specialist in Personal Lines for a fully remote role. You will deliver responsive, high-quality support and grow into a trusted partner for clients, with a focus on solving problems and maintaining strong relationships.

The position supports our Quincy, MA location, with Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm EST hours. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service or insurance, a P&C license or plan to obtain one within 90 days, and strong communication

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service or insurance experience.
• Hold a P&C license or commit to obtaining within 90 days.
• Clear, client-friendly communication about coverage and next steps.
• Stay organized and detail-oriented with good prioritization.
• Demonstrate a client-first mindset, building trust through responsiveness.
• Proactive problem solving and timely resolution of inquiries.
• Adapt quickly to new systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, accurate Personal Lines support across channels.
• Explain coverage, exclusions, and options in a client-friendly way.
• Handle billing inquiries and coordinate payments and resolutions.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals with accuracy.
• Support claims by guiding next steps and setting expectations.
• Build trust through high-quality interactions that drive retention.
• Use digital tools to deliver faster, streamlined service.
