Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of experience in an independent insurance agency.
• Current property and casualty license is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests via phone calls, eFax, text, and email.
• Maintain daily records in the agency management system AMS360.
• Process new business applications for various insurance lines.
• Quote new business applications using rating systems.
• Cross-sell to current accounts and remarket renewals.
