Talently is hiring an Account Manager for Personal Lines Insurance in a remote capacity. You will consult with clients to assess needs, propose tailored Auto/Home insurance solutions, and guide policy quotes through binding.

The role emphasizes relationship-first sales and meeting weekly targets. You will work independently in a remote environment, bringing 2-5 years in personal lines and a valid Property & Casualty license or the ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in an independent or captive insurance agency.
• Proven experience selling or servicing Personal Lines insurance (Auto & Home).
• Proven Inside Sales proficiency, we will generate leads for you!
• Active Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Consult with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Recommend customized Personal Lines insurance solutions.
• Quote, present, and bind Auto, Homeowners, Umbrella, and related coverages.
• Build trust through a consultative, relationship‑first sales approach.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from initial conversation through policy issuance.
• Achieve weekly production goals while maintaining high service standards.
