Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a highly skilled Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing agency team in the Mobile area. You will manage a high-volume book of business, provide exceptional service to clients, and contribute to the agency's growth while leveraging Nowcerts - Momentum and Agency Zoom to streamline workflows.

The ideal candidate holds an active Property & Casualty license, has 3–5 years of personal lines experience, solid knowledge of E&S coastal markets, and strong

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• 3–5 years of personal lines account management experience with understanding of E&S coastal markets.
• Proficiency in agency management software and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated, strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to new technologies and processes, team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume book of business, including quoting, renewing, and servicing personal lines accounts.
• Handle the full account management process, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Work with real estate investors, property accounts, and other small commercial accounts.
• Utilize agency management software (Nowcerts - Momentum) and CRM (Agency Zoom) to streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Participate in occasional in-office training sessions and company events.
