The Jonus Group is seeking a highly motivated Personal Lines Sales Agent for a fully remote role focused on Personal Lines Auto Insurance, with opportunities to cross-sell other personal lines products. The role emphasizes outbound sales performance and strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in outbound sales, a P&C license, and familiarity with EZLynx, AgencyZoom, and Salesforce to manage leads and sales activities effectively.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Multi-state licensing is preferred.
• 3+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably auto insurance.
• Experience with EZLynx, AgencyZoom and Salesforce is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Conduct a high volume of outbound sales calls to prospective clients.
• Sell Personal Lines Auto Insurance and cross-sell Home, Renters, Motorcycle, RV, and Umbrella coverages.
• Meet monthly sales and production goals.
• Manage leads and activities using EZLynx, AgencyZoom, Salesforce.
