Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role focuses on managing a book of business, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth handling of personal and small commercial insurance accounts.

Ideal candidates will hold an active Property & Casualty license, at least 5 years of insurance experience, and be proficient with Eclipse software.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; additional designations are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with exposure to both personal lines and small commercial accounts preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Eclipse software or similar platforms is highly desirable.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
• Personality Fit: A positive attitude, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of personal lines and small commercial insurance accounts.
• Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, walk-ins, and other client interactions.
• Handle quoting for new and renewal business.
• Assist with general day-to-day operations, including policy changes, claims assistance, and account reviews.
• Collaborate with top carriers such as AAA, Travelers, Westfield, West Bend, Selective, Safeco, and Progressive.
• Utilize Eclipse software for account management and operations.
