Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Assistant Manager to join a growing team. This role supports 2-3 Account Managers, handling servicing tasks for accounts with premiums up to $250,000.

Ideal candidates will have a Property & Casualty license, at least 2 years in a similar role, and strong organizational skills. The position offers remote-friendly work with traditional benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar role focusing on general servicing in commercial lines insurance.
• Active P&C license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to 2-3 Account Managers in managing commercial lines accounts.
• Handle general servicing tasks, including Certificates of Insurance (COIs), policy endorsements, and renewals.
• Assist in quoting new and renewal business.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage and maintain accurate account records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as needed to support the team.
