The ideal candidate holds an active P&C license, 3–5 years of commercial lines experience, and proficiency with Zywave Partner Xe or similar agency systems.

Qualifikationen

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years in commercial lines account management.
• Familiarity with top carriers such as Encova, Cincinnati, and Erie (exclusive Erie experience may not be a fit).

Aufgaben

• Manage a book of business with a premium size of approximately $1M, with accounts from $5,000 to $200,000 in premium (average $30,000).
• Handle renewals (90%) and new business (10%).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
• Work with diverse industries including contractors, landscapers, restaurants, and mainstreet businesses.
• Utilize Zywave Partner Xe agency management system to manage accounts.
• Collaborate within a supportive, family-oriented work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
