The Jonus Group is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Producer to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of Personal Lines insurance experience, with a proven sales track record and ability to develop new business and relationships.

This role offers a base salary and a fully remote work arrangement, enabling you to manage a profitable book from anywhere while collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance, preferably in a production role.
• Proven track record of success in sales and new-business development.
• Experience in both independent agency and captive environments is welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a profitable book of Personal Lines insurance business.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
