Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Active P&C license.
• Ability to obtain licensing in 50 states.
• Multiple carrier experience preferred but not required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent client service with proactive communication and aim for first-call resolution.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes accurately.
• Manage emails, faxes, and return mail with timely updates to client records.
• Coordinate with carriers to fulfill underwriting requirements and provide documentation.
• Prepare and deliver proof of insurance documents promptly.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to service books of business.
• Assist with client claims processes as needed.
• Maintain compliance with licensure and CE requirements.
• Build positive relationships with IOA agents, leadership and carriers.
• Pursue professional development to grow insurance expertise.
