Insurance Office of America is seeking a Private Client Group Account Associate to support Personal Lines clients remotely. The role requires an active P&C license and California personal lines experience, with adherence to a 8-5 PST schedule and on-site contingencies as needed.

The position focuses on policy servicing, client communications, and coordination with carriers to ensure accurate, timely service while supporting agency growth and client retention.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Active P&C license.
• Ability to obtain licensing in 50 states.
• Multiple carrier experience preferred but not required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent client service by proactively anticipating needs and maintaining professional communication.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes with accuracy.
• Efficiently manage emails, faxes, and return mail, updating client records.
• Communicate with carriers to fulfill underwriting requirements and provide documentation.
• Prepare and deliver proofs of insurance promptly.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to service books of business.
• Assist with client claims processes as needed.
• Maintain open communication with supervisors about challenges and expectations; act on coaching feedback.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including licensure.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with IOA agents, leadership, teammates, and carriers.
• Strengthen industry knowledge and insurance expertise to support client and business needs.
• Champion IOA core values and demonstrate integrity and leadership.
