Job summary

Parnall Law Firm is seeking a Pre-Litigation Case Manager to guide clients through the early stages of personal injury cases with clarity, organization, and care. You’ll be the vital link between clients and our legal team, ensuring timely intake, updates, and documentation.

The role requires at least 2 years of Plaintiff’s PI case management, empathy, strong communication, and excellent time management. Mountain Time hours apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Plaintiff’s personal injury case management experience.
• Strong empathy for injured clients.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain thorough familiarity with each case in your caseload.
• Post all case information and dates in SmartAdvocate.
• Communicate with adjusters on case matters.
• Provide timely intake and updates to clients and attorneys.
• Meet deadlines for demand packages and court filings.
