Job summary

Delve Search & Recruiting is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager for the Pre-Litigation team. The role focuses on managing high-volume pre-litigation cases involving wrongful deaths and serious injuries, coordinating medical care, and keeping clients informed throughout the process.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in PI case management, strong medical knowledge, and excellent client communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Personal Injury case management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a large volume of pre-litigation PI cases.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, treatment, and procedures, including surgeries, injections, and infusions.
• Experience communicating and coordinating between clients and medical providers.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a professional, positive approach.
• Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM.
• Experience with Litify and/or Salesforce is a significant plus.
• Spanish fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury matters throughout the pre-litigation process.
• Maintain frequent communication with clients, providing case updates and helping them understand their medical treatment and next steps.
• Review and evaluate medical records and treatment plans to help assess case value and determine appropriate treatment progression.
• Coordinate and manage clients’ medical treatment, including surgeries, injections, infusions, and other procedures.
• Help clients navigate medical providers, appointments, procedures, and the overall treatment process.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and healthcare providers to help ensure treatment progresses appropriately.
• Organize and prepare completed case files for submission to the Demands Department.
