Job summary

HireHawk Inc. is seeking a remote Personal Injury Case Manager to support U.S. case workflows.

You will manage pre-litigation tasks, coordinate medical appointments, keep clients informed in English and Spanish, and escalate issues to Case Managers as needed. This full-time contractor role offers monthly compensation of USD 1,500–1,600, with work hours 8:00/9:00 AM–5:00/6:00 PM PST. Qualifications

1–3+ years of U.S. personal injury case management experience required.
Experience supporting California personal injury cases.
Bilingual English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
Experience using legal case management software.
Strong organization and ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Track daily priorities and support Case Managers with follow-ups.
Inform English- and Spanish-speaking clients about case updates and medical progress.
Coordinate medical appointments, referrals, MRIs, injections, and treatments.
Follow up on attendance and treatment gaps to keep cases on track.
Maintain complete case files with records, bills, and documentation in the cloud.
Handle insurance follow-ups, verification, and liaise with adjusters.
Maintain accurate notes and task updates across the case management system.
Escalate delays to the Case Manager and assist in organized handoffs.
