Job summary

HireHawk Inc. is hiring for a remote Personal Injury Intake Specialist to support a U.S.-focused legal team. You will engage prospective clients, perform structured intake interviews, and gather comprehensive incident details to drive early case evaluation.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong data-entry, and high-volume intake experience. Weekend coverage may apply under a Pacific Time schedule; compensation is provided monthly.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in personal injury intake or high-volume intake environments.
• Fluency in English and Spanish for sensitive client conversations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for prospective clients via calls, inquiries, and referrals.
• Conduct structured case screenings for motor vehicle, premises liability, slips, dog bites, elder abuse, etc.
• Build initial case picture with details on injuries, liability, insurance, and treatment.
• Identify high-value or urgent matters and upscale to appropriate legal teams.
• Maintain accurate intake records and ensure data is complete and current.
• Coordinate handoffs to attorneys, case managers, and investigators to move cases forward.
