HireHawk Inc. seeks a remote Personal Injury Case Management Support specialist to aid U.S. case managers in pre-litigation workflows. You will maintain steady case progress, ensure timely follow-ups, and communicate with clients in English and Spanish with empathy and clarity.

The role requires 1–3 years of U.S. PI experience, strong organization, and proficiency with legal case management systems. Work hours align with PST, and the team collaborates across a remote environment.

Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years or more of hands-on U.S. personal injury case management experience.
• Direct personal injury experience required; general administrative experience alone is not sufficient.
• Bilingual English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Keep assigned pre-litigation cases progressing by tracking daily priorities, completing follow-ups, and supporting Case Managers with outstanding action items.
• Inform clients (English- and Spanish-speaking) about case updates, medical appointments, and treatment progress with clear, empathetic communication.
• Coordinate medical appointments, referrals, MRIs, injections, and other treatments under the assigned Case Manager’s direction.
• Follow up on appointment attendance and flag missed visits or treatment gaps to keep cases on track.
• Maintain complete case files by requesting medical records, billing statements, treatment updates, and documents from providers.
• Move insurance-related follow-ups forward through policy searches, coverage verification, and communication with insurers.
• Maintain reliable case histories with accurate notes and up-to-date task entries in the cloud-based system.
• Surface potential delays by monitoring pending tasks and escalating concerns to the Case Manager.
• Provide the demand preparation team with organized, accessible medical records, bills, and insurance documents.
