Job Duck LLC is seeking an experienced bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager to handle a high volume of cases from intake to settlement. You will guide clients, handle initial calls, coordinate activity, support negotiations, and prepare demands.

The role demands independent, detail-oriented professionals with excellent English communication and a long-term commitment to the team. The position offers remote work opportunities for US-based employers, with a monthly compensation of 1,220 to 1,320

Qualifications

• Direct personal injury case management experience is required.
• California personal injury experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience handling 60+ active cases concurrently.
• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is required.
• Experience using Filevine and Zoom Phone is required.
• Strong spoken and written English skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Identify case issues and take appropriate action with minimal supervision.
• Communicate with clients and team via Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Monitor deadlines, tasks, follow ups, and documentation for cases.
• Collaborate with attorney and team to keep cases progressing.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and case information.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls using Zoom Phone.
• Prioritize urgent matters while managing high daily activity.
• Assist with settlement activities and prepare related documents.
• Open and maintain case notes and status in Filevine.
