Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls (Alarms) and triage needs with responders.
• Maintain professional, caring customer interactions and high service levels.
• Update subscriber data accurately in the data management system Mastermind.
• Perform off-phone tasks as required (call back queue).
• Troubleshoot maintenance alarms and home communicator issues to keep service working.
• Meet standards for after-call work, handle time, and case quality.
• Follow company policies and complete training within set timelines.
• Contribute to a productive, supportive, and caring work environment.
